According to Globoforce Employee Recognition Survey 2015, “Values-based recognition programs are helping employers create a stronger culture and more human workplace.” Well this what most organizations are running after (We have already discussed in a previous post for why Culture is the hottest topic amongst organization). Several organizations, today, are spending good amount of both money and time to enhance the originality of employees. The truth is, this doesn’t work much until unless it is clubbed with recognition and awards.
